	Lloyd Thomson FCPA - Chairman Appointed Chairman October 1999
	A prominent businessman with over 37 years accounting experience, specialising in strategic business planning, taxation, auditing and corporate consultancy. Commissioner of the Mildura Rural City Council from January 1995 to March 1997. He has substantial business, property and public company holdings. Mr Thomson was awarded the title of 1997 North-West Victorian of the Year.

Gerard (Sam) Sullivan CPA
Appointed Director 1996

A partner in Mildura's largest accounting firm, Thomsons - Accountants and Advisers, in charge of the Business Services division and was formerly the Chairman of partners. His specialities are taxation, business consulting and succession planning. Mr Sullivan is a director of the listed public company Investor Group Limited. He also holds directorships in Accountancy One Ltd, Deakin Cinema Complex Pty Ltd, Sunset Vineyard Management Pty Ltd, Sunset Land Pty Ltd and is President of Mildura Racing Club Inc.

Lester Wheatley

Appointed Director 2004

Mr Wheatley has operated a successful real estate agency in Deniliquin since 1977 and is involved in a mixed irrigation primary production business. He is Chairman of the Murray Valley Community Action Group, which involves being a spokesman for water related State and Federal Government policy issues in the Murray Darling Basin. He has extensive knowledge of the issues facing regional and rural communities.

	Alan Fisher Appointed Director 2008
	Mr Fisher is the Owner/Managing Director of Fishers Stores Consolidated, operating 13 supermarkets in regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. He is currently serving as a Director of the Mildura Airport. Mr Fisher brings business experience to the board particularly in the areas of human resource management, marketing, retail, property development and finance.

	Martin Hill Appointed Executive Director 2003
	He joined Bidgee in 1999 as Financial Controller and is currently Managing Director. Mr Hill, who has formal accounting qualifications and experience in both financial and management accounting, is based in Mildura. Mr Hill is also actively involved within the local community, including being a Director on the Sunraysia Mallee Economic Development Board.
